Responsible for implementation and customization of Lash's proprietary (VB6 and .NET) “Patient Plus” case management CRM workflow platforms for major pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Successfully released two full life-cycle Patient Plus implementations: conducting project planning, coordination, estimation, requirements, and release.
- Managed complex change requests relating to new products, regulations and requirements for five existing clients/platforms. Implemented a change control process that drastically reduced the release defect rate and improved customer satisfaction, receiving a customer service award.
- Performed design and documentation of workflow, UI and functional requirements - including file format specification and ETL mapping for electronic file transfers involving multiple clients, marketing companies, specialty pharmacies and distributors.
