- Supported corporate implementation of Trizetto Facets by leading a successful roll-out of 12 redesigned business processes and 9 trading partner interfaces within Pharmacy Services. Key metrics: 100% training pass rate, 83% employee satisfaction and 0 Severity 1/2 defects at go-live.

- Lead elicitation sessions to define, analyze and design processes at organization, functional and execution levels and define requirements for improvement and automation.

Responsible for implementation and customization of Lash's proprietary (VB6 and .NET) “Patient Plus” case management CRM workflow platforms for major pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Successfully released two full life-cycle Patient Plus implementations: conducting project planning, coordination, estimation, requirements, and release.
- Managed complex change requests relating to new products, regulations and requirements for five existing clients/platforms. Implemented a change control process that drastically reduced the release defect rate and improved customer satisfaction, receiving a customer service award.
- Performed design and documentation of workflow, UI and functional requirements - including file format specification and ETL mapping for electronic file transfers involving multiple clients, marketing companies, specialty pharmacies and distributors.
